What is the shipping/delivery time?
Currently the shipping time is six to eight weeks. Please be sure to take this into account when placing your order.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates vary depending on the size and weight of the order, where the order is being shipped to and if the order is direct from Bridal Fantasy or one of our suppliers. Shipping fees will be calculated at the end of your order so you will see exactly how much it will cost. Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any duty and/or brokerage charges that may be applicable. In rare cases of large shipping fess, you will be contacted before the order is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our Bridal Fantasy products, including our jewellery line and Kate Aspen line of products are only available for shipping in Canada and the US. Some of our other suppliers are able to ship internationally. Please check with our affiliates to see if they ship to your country.
How can I track my order?
Your order will receive a confirmation number. As we process your order, you will receive notifications to the email address provided letting you know where your order is (i.e: order shipped today). When order through affiliate programs, please read their specific shipping and tracking information.
Why do you need my email and phone number for shipping?
Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you – we need to have a valid email address for this purpose. Shipping companies (i.e.: DHL, Purolator) need a phone number for the contact receiving the package. All of your information is kept secure and confidential. Tracking numbers may also be emailed to the email address you provide.
What is your return/exchange policy?
There are no returns on jewellery, opened products, food/candy items and anything that has been personalized. Credit for any returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Items may be returned within ten (10) business days of receipt of your order. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping and other charges will not be refunded. Please note that the return policy for Bridal Fantasy items may differ from our affiliates. Check into return policies for affiliate companies if you are order from them.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All credit card information is processed by a secure server.
Will tax be charged on my order?
GST (5%) taxes will be charged to your order (within Canada).
What currency are the prices in?
All prices in are in Canadian funds unless otherwise stated.
